Under the passionate direction of Mr. Mark Istratie, the Westwood Color Guard brings music to life with breathtaking visual artistry. Performing alongside the Westwood Warrior Band at football games, ocmpetitions and showcasing their talents in competitive winter guard events, our color guard adds energy, color, and emotion to every show.

Using spinning flags, sabers, rifles, and expressive dance, the team interprets the music in a way that captivates audiences and elevates every performance. With eye-catching costumes, vibrant props, and imaginative backdrops, the color guard creates an unforgettable visual experience that enhances the band’s overall impact.

Many of our members also shine as musicians in the Warrior Band and have backgrounds in dance, but no experience is required—just enthusiasm, dedication, and a love for performing!
