Your student must have a completed physical for marching band per UIL. You can upload the completed physical form for submission into RankOne – this means if your student has a required physical for another activity at Westwood they will only need to submit it once and all activities can gain access to the record.

If you did your physical through Westwood in May, Your physical is already in RankOne and completed.

If you don’t have a RankOne account:
Follow RankOne Login Tutorial, if you need to create an account. **NOTE: you will need to use the official name of your student(s) as it exists with their official RRISD Student ID Number.**

If you have a RankOne account:

1. CLICK HERE to go to RRISD Parent Portal. Click on a blue button “Click Here” to proceed to RRISD’s RankOne log in page.

 2. Find the student block, click on “expand”.

3. In the expanded view, find and click on “Physical Upload Form”
4. Fill out the next form, select the form to upload, sign and submit. You also don’t have to do the physical in Spanish and English – just one language.

5. Once you upload, your student will still be shown as out of compliance. They can still come to band. We will be working with our trainers if there are issues that need to be addressed for band. Athletics and band have differences with their participation guidelines that RankOne doesn’t register – we have to adjust it on our account.
