Westwood Area Band Boosters (WABB)

The Westwood Area Band Boosters (WABB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of parents, guardians, and friends who support the band programs at Westwood High School, Grisham Middle School, and Canyon Vista Middle School.

WABB plays a vital role by funding services and educational opportunities not provided by RRISD, organizing essential volunteer support, and maintaining strong communication with families. Their efforts help ensure that all students have access to a high-quality band experience.

Examples of WABB-supported activities include:

  • Instructional support and technicians
  • Financial assistance for private lessons
  • College and band camp scholarships
  • Competition entry fees
  • Equipment and new marching instruments
  • Marching show props
  • Color guard training
  • And much more!
